A TV that shows 2 TV programs at once

How about this for an enhancement on 3D technology?

This TV can show 2 programmes at once so you don't need to have the football/deadenders argument anymore

Its by Samsung so doubt Apple will be sueing them soon for stealing the idea from them :D

I am amazed at the brain washing potential of this invention.
It must have been tested in Guantanamo.

Why? You only see one program.

Have you never heard of 'subliminal messaging'?

The advertising industry use it on you all the time.

Reece can play a game on his 360 on my telly and watch a programme at the same time too...who'd have thought it :|

This is not split screen. You have to wear glasses like you do with 3D and you see only the program you want in full screen.

I have had a Hard Drive recorder linked to my TV for at least two years and I can watch a program and have a small box in the corner showing another, then if I want I press a button and switch over.
It is a twin tuner and can record two different programs at the same time. The TV is digital so I could watch one program and record two others.
I am not a lover of TV so I very rarely use it. Just another gadgy I fancied at the time.

Thats not how it works, each person sees their own program full screen and you can't see the program the other person is watching

Why not, they already do a Magic Wand remote.....
I have to say Samsung are leaping forward in tech, they have even got rid of the glasses for 3d tv.
YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.

I wonder if Apple will sue.....?..?
Sorry but you will have to click on the link, my iPad is not happy with you tube for some reason???
Now if only Samsung can make the Galaxy Tab easier to use....
