Roy, If I hit the home button the decorations are still up and I cant turn them off, its OK everywhere else. Isn't it bad luck to have them up at this time?

Thing is that a diet isn't really like giving up smoking at all. I don't have to give up food to diet - I just have to have a salad to balance out the creme egg, people who give up smoking have to stop altogether!

I sometimes think losing weight would be easier if we could give up eating altogether and still stay healthy. That's the problem with food. We have to eat some. For anyone giving up smoking they can just completely avoid tobacco products.

It's still going well. I've lost another pound this week which is the healthy way to do it - pound per week. I did succumb to a small slice of Chocolate cake on Zack's birthday, but like I said, I think it's worth having the odd treat every now and then as long as you make up for it with salads or light meals the rest of the time. It's all about a healthy balance!
