actually i'm not a chat room person, this is the only one I go into, I just think since Roy went to the trouble of forming one, it's a shame more of us don't use it more thats all

Just been looking back through the forum. Would seem that quite a few of the ones that originally wanted a chat room are no longer regulars anyway.
Think it's much more fun doing it this way.
If a few people go in the chatroom, are they going to put all their gossip on the forum for us to catch up on later? As someone said (HarryX I think) they would probably say all they have to say and not put anything in the forum. (That's asuming they have a mutually interesting subject to talk about anyway).
Plus if you want to make a long comment, it's not so easy, as you keep running out of message space.
And you can do it in your own time on the forum. Much easier to really get your message accross in a forum post.
Notice by the way that there's still no chatroom date on the calendar!

Chat rooms do nothing for me either. I have tried site chat room. Must say wasn't impressed to say the least. Much rather say wot i'v got to say on the forum.
