Photo Gallery help required
 

I don't know if it's my photos or me because I have uploaded to the gallery previously but mabe it's late and I've forgotten how or maybe there's something wrong with my photos but I'm trying to upload a few of Accy Carnival and they won't go on.

Can somebody run me through it and I'll see if I'm doing anything obviously wrong.

Here are some of the pics I've been tying to upload.

there doesnt seem to be anything wrong with the sizes of the photos willow, i have had probs and perservered and eventually got them on.Thought it was me being computer illiterate.

your 4th pic file size is too big i know it says uploads can be 150 kb but it wont take them over 100kb so if you reduce this pic then log in to the gallery and add them to the Accrington Carnival section in today's Accrington they should go in ok

Thanks Mick. I have a few more so I'll try firt of all just upleading th four which are less than 100kb and see if that works.

If it doesn't then it's definitely me. I printed a couple of pics to give to a friend at church this morning and ended up bringing them back home with me because I'd forgotten all about them!

Sorry for the delay in replying to this problem, it’s just that I’ve been to Malham again this weekend.
I’ve had a look at the directory 10008 (WillowTheWisp -> Accrington Carnival 18th June 2005) and altered the permissions to 777.
I don’t fully understand why you weren’t able to upload your pics to the directory at its previous settings because others could upload to directories with the same settings. Anyhow I’ve changed them now so if you could try just one more time and see how you go.
The image widths and file sizes are ok. I did a test upload and it was ok.

len while you were posting i was uploading Willows pics they are in Accrington today/Accrington Carnival

OK, thanks for that mick. You’ve got some great photos of the carnival.
I would still appreciate it if willow could still try the upload to see if the problems have been solved.

yep just delete her pics then she can upload them herself they could do with makeing bigger now hehe 3k and 4k are not very big pics
have a look in the gallery at them

OK len dont bother looking i have Deleted them so willow can now upload them herself
