Keep The Nosey Ones Out?
 

could i suggest that all members profiles are kept out of the way of other people........(guests) comming in and snooping on the members, many a night when i come on there is a lot of people on, but when i look and see what they are doing they are eyeing user profiles what for? they are browsing our sight not the people in it ? who are they? to be looking at are personnel profiles ? we are targets for every tom dick and harry? i think this should be addressed soon roy!

i do tend to agree with you on this one staggers if they want to know owt about a person then they should join in & find out by using the site. having said that...........i have noticed that people who are joing these days,don't give much information as some of us "older " members have, its not painful.

who are these people watching us? we dont know ?yet they can log on a profile and do what they want!we dont want that we are accy web full stop! if the nosey barstewards want to know about us they should log on!not be able to follow us all over , as they do?come on roy we are insecure ..............make them sign up?

The other thing is they can view our blog's too. Why don't they just join, then they can have all the fun of what they want to read!! I think anything apart from the main forum should not be allowed to be viewed by the guests.

I asked a similar question before, when it looked like lots of guests are on in the middle of the night. Apparently a lot of them will just be search engines.

Personally I think your right, you have a lot more info on profiles here if they are filled in than on a lot of other forums.
