Problem with Arcade

I keep getting this message whenever my score is being submitted within the Arcade section. Can anyone point out what the problem could be, or can an admin sort it out for me?

the only way i can get into the arcade is on internet explorer... anything else bars me,,,,,,,,:engsmil:

I know that she is using the same browser that she always has with the arcade and there has never been any problems before. It just started happening in the last couple of days.
