why is it when i'm on my own computer you cant see who's in the chatroom yet when i was on my sisters on monday signed in as a guest there is an accychat showing who's in the chatroom?

I don't think you can see who is in there when you have signed in anymore.

You can log out and see who is loitering in there.

Bit long winded, but an answer. until the glitch I'm sure is fixed.

cos they're trying to hide it from your sister??? :rolleyes: only joking I can't see it when I'm signed in but don't know as a guest, will just log off and see.

EDIT: phew got back just before the edit button disappeared. It's same on here, when logged in you can't see who's in chat at bottom of index page but you can as a guest... maybe it's to encourage more to sign up to accyweb :confused:

You could check by seeing 'Who is currently online', as it shows where everyone is.

I know - its just i could see it when i was a 'guest' but not when i was signed in. Just wanted to know why thats all. I'm being nosy as usual.

Usergroup permission error which i'm sure Roy will sort out when he's available.

Looks like it may have set itself to allow guests to view and not members instead of the other way around.

I'm currently seeing two "Who is using Accychat" boxes at the bottom of the forum :eek:
