Clicking the Scales.

I see that the karma thing is done by clicking on the scales.

Im not too sure how it all works, this Karma thing, but I do know at work I coud probably give some Karma out, but on my home PC I dont not have permission and have to re-log in.??:confused:

Anyone any idea why the two PC are different?

You shouldn't actually be able to give karma from anywhere as you only have a rep power of zero. You need to have made 100 valid posts before you get a rep power of one. Posts in some sections such as 'anything goes' don't count.

(You may be able to add a karma comment but it won't actually affect the person's karma level.)

That'll be if you haven't recieved any karma yet. I think you should still be able to recieve karma even if you can't give it out.
