I've just veered off, amongst others, on another thread meander.

I know we should try not too, but like a conversation, it's so easy to wander.

May I suggest we also introduce a no thread wander rule at the Accy Web meets?

If you greet someone, that's seen as an 'introduction', and mustn't leave the general idea behind it. If someone greeted you, but then asked what you thought of the weather, you'd then have to inform them to start a new conversation thread, perhaps in 'any questions'.

The mods would still have the power to moniter us, and after repeatingly breaking the rules, could perhaps take a person's drink away.

Would the over 18's not have to be in a separate private room though as on the forum, away from the rest of the subjects ? In the tap room and maybe we could get AccyJay to go back to his bouncer bit vetting members on entry. :D

Its usually too late to vet anyone in the over 18s..most of us are just plain naughty anyway..lol!!!
