Want to up load a music thing for a thread in the forum , how can i?

I don't think Accyweb allows music, at best upload it to something like myspace/streamload/your ISP's inclusive webspace and embed a link to it.

If its just a one off you can email me teh MP3 and I'll host it on my webspace for you
