Chat Room

For some reason I cannot enter the chat room, I can see hows in can't get in though.

Anyone know why? I get an icon telling me I need to update some Java applet gothough this before.

It tells me later I've got this software on me computer, still I cannot get on, anybody any ideas?

I've managed to get into the chat room, at last.
Down loaded Mozilla firefox stearch engine the IT tech at work told me to do and try it from there.

It works, great.
