Sticky threads

I think the sticky threads should be more visable with a slightly different coloured background... At the moment its so easy to go into an area.. see the same subject is at the top and go away again.... Make it a slightly different colour and people know to look beyond it for latest.... Has to be more obvious at first glance I think.. that its sticky :)
