hi i've got this pic i want as my avatars but it has too many pixels how do i shrink the pixels ?

Here, its been resized for you and ready to use, just right click on it and save file.
Actually you could have just right clicked on your own (thumbnail), that is 100X100 but if you click it to open it then it would be too big.

right click on the thumbnail (dont open image in new window) select save image as JPEG, then just upload it on your avatar page

its probly saved as a bmp
to shrink it put it in hot water for about 2 hours
then into the dryer
