To be honest, I don't think I have ever seen the CHAT RULES, if there are any

Well I was once told the key rule of "what's said in chat, stays in chat" but other than that I don't know them.

I certainly don't think I agreed to any rules on chat when I joined the forum...

The first rule is...

never say anything in the chatroom that you wouldn't want repeated elsewhere.:D

Just click on the link at the top of the page. You'll have to reload Accy Web on another page if you want to stay on the forum, as it currently takes you off.

That I don't know about. There was another thread the other day, where people's p.c.'s had things on them that stopped them from going in.

Re: The Chat Rules

well as far as i know the chatroom is for anything mainly fun but what is said in there stays in there - any falling out stays in there not to go in threads.

Rindy only knows that about the swallowing of the water in the jacuzzi because it happened to him - he was warned but he still did it anyway - and look how he turned out ......... :p:p:p

Re: The Chat Rules

I agree jen stuff said in there shouldnt come into threads but on the other hand isnt it common sense to keep it fun in there? rather than turn it into a battle ground and pure disgust?

The Site rules are the same for the chat room as there are children on here
and they can use the chat-room too.
just common sense really no personal attacks if there are children in then no bad language etc

Re: The Chat Rules

Well according to blazey she has been told by Roy that the more she stirs things up the better . add fuel to the fire and all.
And That sorry excuse for an apology last night from blazey was just another oppertunity to reignite the previous conversation.
Well done blazey once again you drove everyone out along with your followers all two of them ..

Re: The Chat Rules

I do not have 'followers', I am an individual member on this forum with individual views. I do not encourage 'tribe' behaviour, nor do I encourage 'cattle' behaviour.

My views were not extreme in that chatroom last night, nor where they anything a girl as young as 9 could not mention if she was unfortunate enough.

I believe Cherokee that you just broke the rule of 'what is said in the chat room stays in the chat room' as I most certainly didn't say any apology in a thread.

Maybe the mods should set us a 'safe' topic to talk about every night so then this doesn't happen? Maybe we could bring back the topic about castrating paeodophiles? That's a nice happy topic that been brought up MANY times on the forums.

Roy said the chat room should be self policed and common sense should be used. He said he likes seeing me cause chaos in THREADS as he refused to close one yesterday, an I am presuming the mods decided to keep it open as well as we all love to offend me :) as long as I am not the one offending people it's fine right?

Don't recall people taking it easy last night on the topic of my dead priest? Or when people decide to question my faith because I'm on the pill?

Ah yes, the dead priest, the one you said you felt uncomfortable about when he touched you, I'd forgotten how long that went on in there, now that was Boring!

Blazey you are the biggest instigater of "cattle" behaviour on this forum, where ever you go there are bad feelings ,upsets and arguments mainly created by you.

My views were not extreme in that chatroom last night, nor where they anything a girl as young as 9 could not mention if she was unfortunate enough.

No one said your views were extreme last night. What was said if you read it was you tried re ignite the conversation from the previous night. Which believe me a girl as young as 9 should NOT be within earshot of.

An apology in a thread ??? dont recall saying that .. Yes i have repeated what you were in there bragging about re roy, or was that you just trying to encourage yet more "cattle" behaviour

Blazey they are topics that are worthy of discussion. I know you will be sadly dissapointed but things CAN be discussed that dont involve you ,or your me me me life.

Do what you want in a thread blazey but do you have to come into the chat room and ruin it for everyone? I am not easily offended but " yes" you managed it

Don't recall people taking it easy last night on the topic of my dead priest? Or when people decide to question my faith because I'm on the pill?

I wasnt in there for that conversation

Blazey Ive replied to your post so as not to be ignorant , as i have said it takes an awful lot to offend me but when i go into chat i do so to talk to people whose company i enjoy and yes some nights it does get a little blue, but it never turns into the utter filth like the other night. you went a lot further than a conversation that can be discussed in front of any child and well you know it.
If you think thats ok well i hate to think just what you have had to listen to as a child but i would never have let my children be involved in a conversation like that. I have made my feelings clear and as far as im concerned this should be the end of it although with you i doubt it, but i will always try and avoid you and your threads purely because thats my chice.
If the mods wish you to cause mayhem on here blazey thats fine but it certainly rips the heart out of what is generally a brilliant website because ive seen people banned time and time over for much less than what your guilty of.

Re: The Chat Rules

I agree with cherokee. I tried to warn her in a pm from the chatroom and she closed it and carried on, tried to warn her again but she carried on and so i left. Sorry if i ruined the atmosphere of the chatroom to the rest of you in there less, reidy, benipete, slinks and cherokee but no way was i going to stay in there. Im no sensitive person as you all know but i will say this now if blazeys there i wont be in the same chatroom as her.

There won't be a problem from now on. The chat room has a nice little function called PASSWORDED ROOMS and we will be using this in future!!

Happy chat will be, once again ;)

er Blazey Roy did NOT decide to not close one of your threads at all the mods decided this as its not site policy to close threads on request and Roy trusts his mods.
you asked the mods to close the thread and we did not roy was backing the mods not you

No we knew about it Mick, it's just that up until recently, there has been no trouble and has been a good laugh in chatroom. Didn't really think we would have to go to these length's.

But it's all sorted now, and the ones who matter have the password now, so happy chatting :D

If your having problems in chat, then leave the chatroom. If anyone insults you and it annoys you, then leave the chatroom. If anyone offends you, then leave the chatroom. It is your choice to be in the chatroom and nobody is making you stay.

Hows that for a set of rules?

Even if there were rules, who is going to make sure they are followed? Do you expect someone to moderate the chatroom 24/7?
We cannot do that.
We will not do that.

Our chatroom provides the facility for ANYONE to create a private room with password access. If the main lobby is to scary for you, then perhaps a private room with your friends will be a solution?
