It would be good if like on the front page where you can go straight to the first unread thread, you could also do this when you go into a forum. I can only find options to go the first post or the last post. If you can do this already - can someone let me know.

I've got it now - thanks S4L. Must read the instructions more closely next time! You have to enter the post by the first entry & then there is a first unread post button at the top. Thanks - saved me a lot of time!

Sorry - but tried this a couple of times now & it just sends me to the last post - not the last unread post

OK - this is what to do. As soon as you log on to the system press the New Posts link at the top of the page. Once this has loaded it will show all the threads that have had additions since the last time you where here. To the left of each thread is a little orange arrow http://www.accringtonweb.com/forum/i...s/firstnew.gif Pressing this will take you to the first unread message in the thread. Although you have to wait for it to load the whole page first. When you have read that message just press New Posts again and it will show you the same list as before but the thread you just read will not ne in bold anymore, indicating you have now read it.
