Due to slow load times on the new style I have modified the old blue simple graphicless style and brought it up to date, it is now available if you need/want it. Use the Style Chooser in the bottom left corner or click on this link to go blue http://www.accringtonweb.com/forum/index.php?styleid=44

Not had any problems with anything, perhaps I should switch to Linux?
:D

(yes, entwisi, I know you've also tried an old version of I.E.).

Moan, groan, what else is to be expected with an upgrade!:D

Less, currently most of my testing is on Windows as its from work or when rebuilding my old laptop. Plus as can be seen its not client related as many others are experiencing issues so why you need to bring Linux into this I fail to see.

IE6 is not 'old' its still fully supported by microsoft. as also said it affects Firefox, Opera as well. more likely a certain javascript or something is slow at loading. As most browsers don't paint till tehy have teh whole page inmemory its likely this is the issue. teh fact teh blue seems to work better suggests there might be something different in teh page scripting, I don't know as i haven't looked at teh code.
