please explain to dumbo

before things were altered,if ya clicked on a username , ya got profile n ability to send that person a PM. now ya cant, but ya can leave a comment which they may not even read or know about, i presume there is a way to do it without goin in yer own personal messages n typing it, but dumbo here cant find it, please help.:D

Well, if I click on your name I get a drop down menu and the 'send a PM' facility is in there.

I just had another look and if you go into the profile and click the 'contact' tab it brings up options. The PMing one is there in your profile.

you get a notification if someone leaves a message on your profile as well....

yeh ta knew that but it dont put the name in its blank.

It works fine, if you click on a name you have the option to pm a member. And also if you go to the profile of a member, click 'send message' then a drop-down will appear where you can pick whether it's a private or public message. It's much better now.
