Problems with each section

I'm having a problem - that although I can see from the right hand side that new posts have been inserted, when I open up "General Chat" or "Questions and Answers" say - I see the same list of topics that has been there for at least a week - its like the pages are not being refreshed

Any help please

Try a hard refresh, hold down your CTRL key and press F5 whilst on the outdated page.
