you can't if its a mobile device as teh skin chooser isn't included.

It depends on what device you are using, teh site 'auto' decides to sen you teh mobile site depending on certain user agent strings.

If its a 'normal' PC then clearing your cache then hitting teh front page should get you a normal red theme.
