Only animates if its an animated gif, if you right click on it and look at the properties you'll find its a jpeg image :D

I have it saved to 'my pictures' and when i preview it, it moves like i want it to, but for some reason it wont when i put it on here:(

Just tried it myself and it didn't work, probably too large.
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller). this gif is 120x 120 and 38KB

I run it through HERE, would have done it myself with image editing software but was busy at the tima
