can you help me roy???

my friend is trying to log in as she has just made a new account but it keeps saying

wrong user name or password. you have used up your failed login quota! please wait 15 mins before tring again. can you check her account? her username is LENNY15

I think she has just been trying to re-register with a yahoo email address that doesn't exist. I have sent her original hotmail account a password request email, ask her to check that hotmail account and do as it says in the email.
