Just lately when posting a reply to a thread or an i.m. if i select quote nothing from the original is added to my message i've asked some other members & some of them have a similar problem, but not every-one. Have i altered something in my profile to cause this or is it a problem with the site?

tis a problem with the site. I will be updating the software/skin etc. in the next month or so and that will cure the problem. For now go to your Profile, select options and at the bottom you can choose which editor. Instead of using the WYSIWYG editor use the Standard editor, this will solve the problem.
