is there a "glitch" in the system

just noticed that when I click onto certain threads (exmple Euro poll) which I have accesed previously it doesn't(sp?) take me to the last post I had read/accesed, but to the last post in the thread (if that makes any sense ) . then I have to 'backscroll' to the last posting I remember , anyone else having his "problem "
Please note , no criticism of the web supervisors intended , just to inform you of a possible glitch somewhere
Thanks

It has done this before, have you tried clicking on new posts at the top ?
also try clearing your cache memory out F5 you might be loading this when you go to a thread you have already been too just a thought

Mick, this is the third time I've tried to contact you.
Every time I try to send a private message to someone I get " your message is too short, try to lengthen by at least one character" Then when I go back to my message it has disappeared.
I just know it's my fault but what am I doing wrong?

When I tried to reply to a PM the other day it was telling me to type the name of the person I was replying to. Never had that before:confused:

I have been in the photo gallery and I can't see how many times the photo's have been viewed or who has posted the pics.......the photo's are all butted together, with just the vote option available.......and all the pics are like this.
I have checked with my daughter and she has the proper format.......is anyone else having problems like this?

Thanks Mick......I have done a virus scan, and I have closed down the system and started it up again......I have done a system restore to before when the problem was noticed.....I have done the F5 cache thingy.....and none of this has made any difference.

Yeah if you reply to a PM, make sure your not typing within the quoted message.

Margaret, check the settings in the gallery. You can adjust how it displays to you, see if your settings have been altered.

I'm sorted now.....didn't realise there were 'settings'........my mouse had a mad 'do' the other week and it must have clicked on the 'Thumbnail' setting(which I didn't know existed).......I'm back to Gallery now and all is well.......Thank you for the advice Neal.
