Taking Roy to court
 

I am in the process of taking Roy to court over his reckless setting up of this messageboard. he has lost me time and money which I require compensation for.. Forget the forum. He has willfully and knowingly installed addictive games. He knows full well you will get addicted to these games and have to keep playing them... yet he still put them on and just in case...to make sure he gets as many people as he can he installs loads of them.

My solicitor says I have a good case because Roy enticed me to use accyweb and then introduced me to the addictive games. So if anyone else wants some compensation then join me in this action against Roy... Come on DOOM and mick.. your addicted.. help me fight it. Roy isn't the mister nice guy you think he is.. he is evil and has a master plan that your all falling for.

Yes we know Kipax but its great hehe
there will be a counter suit against you for nicking 1 or 2 of my high scores
as i spent a lot of time and money to get them .

Not just the games but the forum in general.
He lures you in, knowing full well that once you have made a few posts, you have to keep coming back time and again.

I class him as my "enabler" 'cos he feeds my addiction to internet message boards, which is taking up so much of my valuable time.

Anyone recommend a good lawyer? ?:)

If you like, I can soon round up a posse you don’t want to be messing around with courts and judges and all that stuff, wastes too much time. Just string him up. :)

I have to agree, and would like to join the posse. Not only am I totally addicted and am presently seeking very costly therapy from a qualified Mental Health Professional, but he lures you to meetings in which the evils of drink and curries play havoc with your physical wellbeing, and your household plumbing system!!!!:)

I've gone to bed frustrated on many a night after being unable to score......................enough points to be the top score so count me in, lets string him up.

I'm crap at the games so I don't bother wasting my time! But I am willing to testify for anyone's case (at a price!).
