Too much multitasking going on for my liking, I think I'll go back to my good old fashioned DOS system with it's single processor, 20Meg of hard drive a massive ROM that was measured in Kilobytes not Meg, with a superspeed 9600 baud modem that screamed at you for attention whenever anything over 2Kb of information needed to be downloaded.
At least back in those days you had a chance to eat a large bacon butty, have two brews & three fags before the system booted up and you had to start work. |
