Missing Message

Hello, I received an email this morning telling me that I had received a private message from "Marian" about my great grandmother. Apparently, we are related, but when I click on the link in the email message, her message is not there in "Private Messages", so that I cannot reply to her.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
Steerforth

Marian may have written it in invisible ink

I think you have been spammed.

When you clicked on the link did it at any time ask you to enter your password?

The private messages in a link from an email is usually hackers trying to get you to give them your password. Then they have your email address and your password.

Change your email password straight away just in case.

Message is in my Private Messages. Problem appears to be my "two" accounts. I cannot recall the username and password for the old account - probably at least five years old, but the problem has been solved. Thanks!
