Dead easy, go to micks or Neil's profile and they will pass it on.

OR

If you wish to complain about a post go to the post click on the red triangle and report the post.

Don't get paranoid Less, I just want to ask someone about a lady who used to come on this forum and who I think might have died.

Hello Irene, go to the section you want to post in. then at the top of the page just above all the thread titles is a little icon/box saying" new thread", click on that & a new box opens up for you to post to, fill it in & submit, hopefully this helps you. :)
