Unused Accounts
 

This is probably a question to Admin/Mods.

Are the member accounts ever cleaned out? Some forums I visit delete accounts of members who have not visited/posted for a long time, a bit like the no connection in 90 days rule on Freeserve ( or whatever they are calling themselves now ). I ask because the username I wanted to register with is already used. Used is not really the right word, the join and last visit date are both 02-01-2004 and the post count is zero.

I dont agree with deleting accounts on not posting, this causes people to post any rubbish just to keep account open. I do think that removing old accounts is a good idea so others can reuse those account names ( save names like Bill1625372 :) ).
