Can't give karma

hi
When I try to give karma to anyone it just comes up with "a pop up window has been blocked" Help!!! Am blonde and clueless;please make your answers easy!!!!:confused:

When you are giving karma it comes up on screen as a pop up box. You are behind a firewall that doesn't allow pop ups. you will have to disable the thing that stops pop up's and then do karma. But remember to activate it straight after hope this helps.

Usually you can set your browser to accept popups from specific websites. Accyweb will never use popup advertising so you know you can set your browser to accept all popups from http://www.accringtonweb.com

Well thanks for the advice but browser?? Set?? Means nowt to me,how do I do that then......please be aware that I am barely computer literate and can just about turn the bl**dy thing on!:o
