My Home Town

Hello Ossy.

Park Lane was my birth place and the park was my playground.
Mr.Butler the park keeper was always after my blood as a youngster because I and all the kids from Hornby Street, and around were the hooligans of thet era. We just amuse ourselves in the park. No knives,
no weapons only a cricket bat or a football and in winter sledge.

Those were happy days 1940-1955.
