I know it is a general view that posting in capitals is shouting, but why should it be ? ... all nonsense, I find it easier to read and don't need me specs.:)
Shouting can be done in bold type, much stronger.

Hi Lorraine .. welcome to Accyweb. Most streets, left and right of Burnley Road are fine and easy walking distance to town. Downhill going, but uphill with bags going back.. never did me any harm anyway :D
