Its ok iv just applied 4 an house on Exchange st its quite big n i think i shud get it.

Have you seen the house? Unfortunately some private landlords don't take maintenance very seriously.

yeah been and viewed it 2day its through an estate agents its nice and big just needs a bit of work doin but most of it is just painting the windows n that n i can do that myself.
