Dont know if i'm on the right building or not but there used to be a private nursing home there, coluld be that one

yep, it was a nursing home, then it was derelict for AGES

wasn't that the one that used to be the doctor's ...chesney's mr & mrs were both doctors in the 40's to 60's ?

It was a private house before The Dr's Fenton and Chesney took it over. I was at their practice from being a very little girl......they also had another surgery before that in Garbett Street.

It became a nursing home AFTER it was the surgery.

It was a Rest Home called Arnside House. it belonged to Dr Karim.
