Can anyone recommend...?
 
Can anyone recommend a gardener or gardening services thats cheap & reliable for a small job of cutting back a thick overgrown privet hedge now height 6-7ft to about 2-3ft & take away the cuttings?

i had a quote of £15 for the job from a firm that knocked on the door for sales but he didnt leave a card & at the time i hadnt the money for then to do the job there n then so dont know who they are to book at that.:confused:

Can anyone help before i block all light & the neigbours complain lol:D

Pmsl now that thought had crossed my mind cos the blaming thing does my head in lol i think Tinks suggested that would be a good idea lol:D

if you do decide to go down that route please use extreme caution when putting petrol on your bush :eek:

Is your neighbour Tinks? If so you will need to cut the hedge down to about 1 foot so she can see over it ;)

NEIL!!!! I can assure you I go no were near Mels overgrown bush ..... and I wouldn't even if she did trim it back :eek:


Seriously Mel I have a phone number for a mate of our Hannahs that does gardening, Dean, he's reliable enough and a nice lad not at all dodgey (I know it's surprising for one of her mates :() The only problem is he's far from eye candy, so I suggest we scout around looking for a fit bloke to do it ....... you know like him off Desperate Housewives and I'll come and keep you company while he trims your bush :D
