Is it more of hypothetical question of whats more important to women brains or looks cpcman, or do you actually just want to know which of those 2 mingers a woman finds more attractive?

Personality is more important than looks. A certain amount of intelligence is nice too.

Re: Brains or Beauty

I would have to go for personality over looks. I think a lot of it depends on how old the people are who answer the question. I remember as a late teen looks were important, not just to me but to many of my friends. Now as a late 30's, personality beats looks hands down.:D

It was just a rough guidline mentioning mr sinclair or Tom cruise
You tell me! Do you go for personality or looks if so who is your ideal man.I know your all gonna answer "My Husband or my Partner" but celebrity answers are what i am looking for! Thankyou

Whilst I would agree that the personality stuff is important and it is what turns lust into love, I can't deny that it is usually looks that first attract me to a person.

As for Sinclair or Cruise - I've only ever met one of them and would have to say that no amount of intelligence or looks would overcome his serious lack of personality!

Well I bet Sparkie feels alot better now that you've told the world that, Lettie. Basically you're saying you went for his personality rather than his looks, but you forget, we know Sparks and he has no personality!
So he'll be crying into his beer somewhere after reading that, wondering what IS the reason for your relationship!;)

Oh, thanks a bundle. I feel a whole lot better knowing that.
So what you're really saying is that underneath this witty, gregarious exterior, lives the beating heart of a two-bagger? Well now I know!

I guess you reached out and grabbed the cheapest available option, eh? ;)

Again personality, the personality shines through and makes someone plain into someone beautiful..(awww)
Celebrity wise? .. can`t think of any of top of my head, but trouble with a lot of them is you see them in a film and think WOW! but then you see a pic of them or an interview of them without all the airbrushing imperfections and the wow factor just goes so low..
Saying that from portrayel of characters wise, Ewan McGregor, Julian McMahon and Christian Bale are quite easy on the eye ;)

Hehehe, now don't be like that dear. You know that you have the whole package, looks, personality and cheek...:D It should be reassuring to you that should your looks suddenly depart through a nasty accident or fade through old age, I still love your personality and will not be sodding off with Messeurs Sinclair or Cruise...;)

Clive Sinclair? Euggh. Not only is he a ginnger, he's a chrome-dome!
He must have a big fat... wallet, to get all you Heather Mills wannabe's chasing after him.

Re: Brains or Beauty

Do you mean Clive Sinclair the inventor? Yeeuch! Tom Cruise is a definite no-no, for one thing he's a titch. Coming from a lady who's all of 5'1 that may sound odd but, in general, I prefer tall men.

The first thing I look at in a man is his eyes, they tell you so much. Eyes that smile attract me straight away and Mr Cruise's eyes are "cold". Now his opposite number in "Rainman", Dustin Hoffman, even though he's tiny his eyes show his good-nature, his intelligence and his sense of fun. He's not at all good looking but he does something for me even if he is short.

I'd have to go for brains over beauty every time but the brain has to be a good-humoured one.
