Skatepark Carpark

My office colleague has noticed that the carpark next to the skate park near the Globe has gained three reserved places. Does anyone know who these places are reserved for as we thought the car park was for the general public.

If you are talking about the one next to the Council Office building, Scaithcliffe House ,why don't you just phone the reception on 388111 and ask them?

one of those parking spaces was created in celebration of me passing my driving test , one of the others was awrded to garinda for services to dogging and the third was awarded to a neil beacuse even retards deserve decent parking :D
