Where is Liner Street?

I was having a drink last night (in Wapping) with a Scottish chap who just happened to mention that his brother lived in Accy on Liner Street. I said I'd never heard of it & did he possibly mean Lion St in Church, which I know very well; nope, he insisted Liner Street. Can someone tell me where exactly this is and if it is not Liner Street, then what else it possibly could be?

Isn't there a Linas Street somewhere off Blackburn Road?

I think it might be Lina Street. Walk down Swiss Street and it's a little street about halfway down on the right. Parallel to Blackburn Road.

Yeah....I remember now. But how is it pronounced? I seem to recall it was as lee-na street, rather than li-na street. Sorry, but its 32 years since I left Accy and its not a word that crops up on my regular trips back.
