anybody speak russian ?

bit of a long shot here but does anyone ?...I have to knock up a notice for the russian drivers that deliver to us - basically some health and safety issues/do & donts..tried the online translators but they dont word it correctly when you chang it back to english..

If Roy does get involved, do double check it doesn't say that the Health and Safety rules state you have to have a welly tied to your head, and hop for five minutes every Tuesday.:D

I cannot write it in Russian, using the cyrillic alphabet, but said phonetically "milly chevron bobber" goes down a treat with the ladies.

You will have to ask Royski for a literal translation, 'cos he taught it to me... then slap his legs! :D
