Houses to rent?

Does anyone know of any houses to rent in Accy, Ossy, Church or at a push Clayton?

It must have at least 3 bedroom and be reasonably price (no more the £500 per month).

I have looked in the papers and things but they all seem to be 2 bedroomed which is not good.

Have you been into Rent-the -house in Accy its on little Blackburn Rd, also some of the other estate agents have rental sections.

With rent-the-house you need to pay £70 for a credit check plus one months rent deposit and one months rent in advance. There is a three bedroomed house to rent on the end of Meadoway, church it's at the top of Warwick Street. Give rent-the-house a ring. The rent on the property is £450 per month.

If using Rent The House, make sure you get it agreed first that if it falls through they will give you your Credit Check Charge back, it say None Refundable but I would ask anyway.

If not Enfield & Maple accross the road used to rent properties, and theres a guy called Paul (he's a sound lad) see him he should be able to help you.

Good Luck.

your better off putting your name down with the council or a housing association, the rent is usually half of what private renting costs!
