Not sure you can say that anymore. If the schools dictate when the holidays are then Burnley is also the 3rd Saturday in July.

Going back to my post about schools, would you say the the town holidays are when the schools are on holiday ? Next year the schools break up on 23rd July. That would make the Saturday after the 4th Saturday in July.

Last year for the first time ever, some of the school holidays in Hyndburn didn't coincide with the offical Wakes Weeks.
