Few tiles fell off last night, anyone know a decent roofer ?

Bernard Wolfenden from Manchester Road is good, he has re-roofed quite a few houses on our estate. I think he is in the phone book, if you have no joy let me know and I will get Bernards number off him when he next comes into Jewsons

Don't quote me on this but i have heard he had fallen off a roof recently, i only heard that monday...

Hope he is ok if it is true.

This may well be true;only hours after posting I saw him in town on crutches.I know he likes his fast bikes so maybe thats the answer but it could have been a roof. Anyhoo;he is still a great bloke,get well soon Ian !

I always get Ian Barratt to do work on my roof, unfortunately it will be out of the question if he's on crutches...:( He's a good worker though, reliable and reasonably priced.:D

Have P.M'd you with the name of a guy who did a good job for me after I lost roof tiles from the last winds .... as mentioned though, don't blame me if he does a bad job for you. :D
