hello all,
I am asking if anyone knows of a field that may be for rent in or around accrington ?...it would be to hold a horse or two...have already contacted the council but the one they offered was a complete tip....
anyone help ?

Have you tried the local livery yards GG, some will offer grazing only at reasonable prices, dont think there's much locally that isn't being used.

Try Hyndburn Council they have land up Plantation St at the back of Owl Hall, my mate used to graze his horses there. No it is not a wind up. Estates Dept allotments etc Scaitcliffe House.

Ask at teh corn mill and teh little cabin next door at Rising bridge. They seem to do lots of horsey things and will probably know what farmers rent space out
