Anyone know of a reliable builder?
 

I have a damp patch on my upstairs back wall and a corresponding patch on the back wall downstairs. I presume it's coming from the roof/gutter/render on back wall area.
I have a few other jobs that need doing too, so it could end up a decent bit of work for someone.

Does anyone know of a reliable builder I can call out to have a look at it for me please? Someone in the Blackburn area would be ideal, but it doesn't have to be.

Although he hasn't started work for me YET! (due to getting corresponding work men in at same time) he did come highly recommended
