I haven't given it much thought really, I would prefer cremation rather than burial and would prefer to have a cheapo, easily combustible casket. IMO there's no point wasting money on fancy stuff when you're dead, I would rather the money was spent on the living members of my family.

I don't know where I would like to be scattered for definite yet, but Bob's Peak in Queenstown would be a good place to go.:D

It's written in my Will that I'm to be cremated (but not yet). I don't care what they do with my ashes as long as they don't do it on a windy day. I'd hate to end up all over somebody's best suit. :p

Not bovvered, as long as the Funeral Director gets me eyeliner on right whilst I lie in their parlour for viewing .. oh and this bloody hair I have tousled with all my life.. bit of a fringe and side teasers please. Quite suit shades of varying shades of purples/lilacs .. so no white shroud for me please. :D Oh, and Rimmel Heather Shimmer lipstick.

No cremation for me please......you can do anything else you like with me....but please don't cremate me.......these hot flushes are bad enough!

I remember after my Pa died, my mum and my sister took his ashes to Ronda in Spain.....it was in March so you wouldn't expect there to be thermal air currents ( well, I wouldn't). I don't know if any of you know Ronda but it is built on a huge gorge....and there are sort of platforms that are built out so you can take in the enormity of the view. My mum and my sister were on one viewing platform with their nescafe Jar with Dad's remains in.......on the next viewing platform were three lads from Birmingham. Mum released the ashes and they were caught by a thermal....they spiralled up into the air....then they dropped a few feet......then the wind changed and deposited the ash onto the lads from Birmingham....the lads said something to the effect that it was sand blown all the way from the Sahara.....my mum heard this and had to chuckle as she said to my sister....'well, not exactly the Sahara...somewhere a damn sight hotter'. I'm sure my pa was sat somewhere laughing his socks off at that.

somewhere nice perhaps where we all enjoyed going as a family, or if no-one could be bothered whinney hill tip will do! lol. I wouldn't mind:-)

Already told Mrs H I want my ashes scattering on the Clayton End terraces, following a family tradition from my dad who had his ashes scattered on the Burnley Road side at Peel Park.
