Cramp :(
 
Hello everyone , im always getting cramp im always playing sports but i warm up and warm up but im finding it during the night time im always getting really painfull cramp. Can anyone give me any help info?

well old wives would tell you to drink a pint of milk before bed.......so as I'm not an old wife, I don't know what to suggest :D:D:D

cramp is usually due to your body losing too much of it's natural salt content because of dehydration, so make sure when you are doing sports that you drink plenty :)

cramp is due to dehydration of the muscle, drink plenty of fluids, and rub some deep heat on the muscle ir its in your calf points your toes and relax on the onset of cramp coming.

A couple of friends who suffer with night cramps say drinking Tonic water (without the gin) seems to help.

Ok thankyou very much all , i put it on a few minutes ago and loads of posts thankyou all! Ill try the milk slinky. Got some deap heat so will try that panther and harwood red im always drinking when doing sport but is it better to drink water playing sports or to drink lucozade which i normally do?

If you are going to drink tonic water (and it does work), you must look at the ingredients and buy the stuff which contains quinine (that's why it works). I believe that some manufacturers have removed the small amounts of quinine from their tonic waters now, but quinine is what is used to treat the cramps which come with malaria. A few manufacturers may have kept it in.:D
