A friend of mine has asked me to place an advert on here, she is seeking a person, preferrably a mature, respectable lady aged 50 or over to be a casual companion to her and also to live with her in her roomy bungaloo in the Rawtenstall area of Rossendale.

Basically my friend is an elderly lady, young at heart, and active, she is offering free accomodation to a mature person in exchange simply for a degree of companionship.

The property is large and roomy, tastefully decorated to the highest standards, and facilities would be shared with the succesful applicant having their own bedroom and privacy. They would be required to provide and cook only their own food, in return my friend only seeks general companionship and the occassional outings together socially. The property also affords large gardens to front and rear and is in a respectable, nice area of Rawtenstall close to local amenities and within walking distance of the town centre.

The applicants requirements are simply, aged 50, or over, preferrably female, driver, or car owner also preferred, she is seeking a genuine, honest person who is sociable and friendly. The applicant is not required to provide any care services but simply to be a friend and companion to her. Accomadation is offered long term if required, with no hidden agenda or rules.
