My best friend has finally persuaded me to join the Sports Centre gym with her, so I have been for my induction today. I thought I would never say this, but it's actually very good. Not a poser in sight, and I was probably one of the fittest people in there this afternoon surprisingly! I am doing the pay as you go thing, but there is a direct debit option for £27 a month, if you go twice a week you get your money's worth. With the direct debit you also get free swimming, sauna, aerobics classes and creche. I'll see how often I end up going, as to whether I upgrade to dd or not. Am still walking the dog too, so I may end up being positively emaciated by next Christmas, and able to eat as many mince pies as I like..:eat:
