All these users with the same avatar is doing my head in. I do know it is for a very good cause, showing solidarity and hope for her return.

I use peoples avatar's to recognise who they are as I flick up and down threads. It is so confusing when everyone has the same one.

I know I am strange but that is how my brain works.

Is anyone else having the same problem or am I alone on the planet weirdo?

I'm another weirdo then because I do tend to see the same avatar and think it's the same person! When people change their avatar it takes me a bit to adjust but then when I see the new one I know it's them again - like Garinda and some of his weird ones.

Here's a suggestion for those who want to show their support for the finding of Maddie McCann. Why not use your own separate avatars but put the yellow ribbon in your sig?

Thats 'cus you used the link for your avatar which you then changed. Post the picture in this thread as an attachment then link to that in you signature and it should work fine.

I didn't realise Tracy had one. The red crosses don't show up in Firefox. I can just see the other gif.

I can only see the pic of Maddy with the blue text. If you can see a yellow ribbon that will be because the original image is still in your cache. If you posted the URL of the avatar that is no longer there the URL link will be invalid. You need to upload the image again and then use the URL of that one.
