Anybody been? Is it as nice as they say? thinking of going to Kyrenia

I used to live in Limassol in Southern Cyprus. I only went into Northern Cyprus once, because at that point (2003) you only had 12hrs a day to go, the gates were open 8am till 8pm. You needed your passports aswell. Though it has probably changed now, It was very nice though the time that I did go. But personally I would go to Southern Cyprus though because you've got much more to do. Especially if you like sightseeing, theres Curium, Aphrodites Rock, Tombs of the Kings, Troodos Mountains, Goveners Beach.

It all depends on what you want from your holiday.

Thanks Lolly. Was just thinking of spending a week with my wife. A quiet relaxing break. Somebody told me that it was really nice and the people are brill!!
