Doubt it Mallard, can't see the cost being too high on this project. Picking up other people's litter (as you know all about) costs the country £500,000,000 per year, so suppose if Braintree can save a decent amount will overide the outlay costs. Could do some road sweepers out of a job though I suppose. :(
